You know stress right?! Your forever neighbor, the giant that defeats you each time.

I don’t mean to scare you, no;

But let’s be honest, each and every one of us, even those of us who are naturally calm, have once faced a stressful situation and in response with cold hands, and a fast beating heart, we froze, thinking this is the end and the proceeding is impossible.

Today, I mean to tell you that stress is one of the most natural feelings a human can face, a common reaction,

Not being able to react, on the other hand, is something you need to work on it. Believe it or not, stress can help us think and act better. Of course, stress can have different types, and long-term stress might even harm you physically and mentally; and make you give up on your goals,

Therefore, let’s take a look at the things that can help you control your stress:

  1. Exercise more: exercise can calm both your mind and your body, and therefore, it can calm your anxiety.
  2. Breathe: practice breathing, it can help you with stressful situations.
  3. Don’t run away from your feelings: as I told you before, stress is a common feeling, don’t run away from it, confess your feelings, and believe that you can do whatever you want to.
  4. Don’t rush into anything: take your time, hastiness will make everything worse.
  5. Eat well: a good diet can help you control your stress.
  6. Consult: find experts and ask for help.
  7. Don’t exhaust yourself: try to have some me-time, and plan some time just for entertainment and pleasure.
