How can I manage my stress?

In the darkest days of life

when the stress is eating you all alive,

just remind yourself of who you are

then admit that you’ve come so far

look! Now can you see the light?

It has made the darkest night bright.

 

Right? It’s a tragicomic fact that sometimes stress can eat us alive. It can stop our past, present, future, goals, dreams, and generally our life. If we don’t know how to manage it then the hope will die gradually, too dramatic? Well, face it, that’s the truth.

While having stress is completely normal and happens to all of us, you can manage it by:

  1. Working out occasionally
  2. practicing your breathing
  3. confessing that you HAVE stress and remembering that it’s OK.
  4. practicing before taking an action
  5. not rushing into anything, just TAKE YOUR TIME.
  6. being careful of what you eat
  7. talking to someone that you trust
  8. making room for some hobbies, GO AND HAVE SOME FUN.
YOU CAN OVERCOME ANY OBSTACLES, STRESS WILL NOT STOP YOU.
