Each year, around the start of NOWFE, those who are in the food and the wine industries (chefs and wine factories), gather around from all around the world to compete, show and teach their skills, showcase their menus, and in one word:

This festival might be among the expensive festivals in the US, but it has helped non-profit local organizations over the years with more than $1.5 million. 

NOWFE has come back this year for its 30th anniversary; all the amazing chefs and wine factories are going to gather around in this festival; and now foodies can book their tickets, taste new delicious foods and wines, learn new things and have fun.

One of the most famous parts of this festival, is the Grand Tasting, more than 175 wine factories, and more than 75 chefs are going to take part in this section and serve their best menus. You can take part in its seminars if you like to.
