Yes, you’ve read correctly. Routine-itis is the thing that can stop what we like to call the “flow of life”. We actually know how to continue but the truth is that we don’t want to. When we are stuck at this stage everything will be the same, day or night, action or inaction, everything.

How will it happen?

Easy, you involve yourself in ONE thing so much that you start to forget everything else, even yourself. You’re going to forget who you are, what you do, where you want to go, what makes you happy, you’re going to forget the meaning,

The meaning of life

The meaning of work

The meaning of family

More importantly,

The meaning of YOU.

When you reach there, nothing will be important, you, your goal, your success, NOTHING.

Raphaëlle Giordano, the author of “Your second life begins when you realize you only have one” believes that Routine-itis can cause serious damage, like a deadly disease, if you don’t find a cure, it’s going to destroy a country.

How can we control it?

Always, I’m telling you, always have some time to rest and be relaxed. Do a fun activity just for your pleasure. Working is great, hard workers are awesome but remember, life is not just about you working hard. have some ME-TIME, go to a camp, hike sometimes, meet new people, travel more, spend time with your friends, watch new movies, try new restaurants, go on a shopping and to sum up, live the life in which you feel happy and relaxed.

BUT

I need to add something here, BALANCE
